justify\"\u003e飞机维修公司负责人介绍，基地未来三年的业务已基本排满，这个基地一年大概有700架左右的维修量。封关以后预计会有更多海南特有的政策会出台，将带来更大的便利和发展空间。\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: justify\"\u003e得益于自贸港的政策优势，境外航司送飞机来这里维修，可以免交保税金、加注保税航油、维修航材保税等，综合下来可为航司节省10%至15%的维修成本。\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: justify\"\u003e同时，一系列优惠措施缩短了飞机维修周期，以前需要下单订购后才能发货的飞机维修航材，现在可以提前存放在航材超市中，由“人找货”转变为“货等人”，平均能够减少2至3个月的零件等待时间。\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: justify\"\u003e今年1月至11月，海口美兰机场海关共监管79架次飞机、13台次发动机、13批次航材开展保税维修，货值为515.7亿元，同比增长68.6%。\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: justify\"\u003e“零关税”是国际自由贸易港的核心特征之一。事实上，封关运作前，海南自贸港已出台实施了原辅料、交通工具及游艇、自用生产设备等3张“零关税”清单，包含1900多个税目商品。\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align:
